All programs are tailored specifically to meet your goals.
Workout With Dana offers 50 min workout sessions. I prefer to meet with a client at least 2 times a week to help you reach your goals, however, I am aware that schedules and finances can be limiting factors so I am happy to fit in once a week. I can help you plan additional workouts to do on your own.
Training sessions are at my studio on Mercer Island, located at the northend near the post office.
First Session Special - Try it out! *
First time $35: includes assessment, discussing goals, and a workout
Per Session *
One time meeting $90 (to set up a workout program you can do on your own) This session can be at my studio, or at your house to show you how to use the equipment you already have.
Prepaid packages: 10 sessions *
Studio $650 ($65/session)
First appointment is 6:30am and last appointment is 2:30pm Mon-Fri
I also offer special prices for more than one client at a time, up to 4 people.
For every person you refer who schedules a session you get a free session.
